Introducing the Class of 2023

We are excited to introduce you to the newest recipients of the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship, aka our Class of 2023!


Throughout July, August and September of 2022, we solicited applications from young Latinos across the United States who were interested in the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship, which provides full tuition and other financial resources for eligible individuals to attend the award-winning Institute of Culinary Education in New York City for their culinary arts diploma.


These four amazing individuals have accepted the scholarship and in just a few weeks will begin the journey of chasing their dreams of becoming leaders in the culinary industry. Join us in welcoming them:
