Aarón Sánchez ⭐️ Big Star Mariscos!⁠

You've read that right! On March 7th and 8th, Paul Kahan and the team at Big Star Mariscos welcome Chef Aarón Sánchez for two nights of very special culinary celebrations! In partnership with Tequila Cazadores and Louisiana Seafood, Chef Aarón Sánchez, Paul Kahan and Big Star Culinary Director Chris Miller have created a four-course collaborative dinner featuring coastal Mexican dishes, as well as a special dessert course by local Chicago bakery Masa Madre.


Each ticket sold will have an accompanying donation to the Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund whose mission is to support and uplift Latino youth through food with culinary arts education, mentoring and human services.
